Here at SDxCentral, we receive a lot of requests to help people learn the 'basics' of software-defined networking (SDN) and network functions virtualization (NFV) to help accelerate the learning about these transformative technologies, we've consolidated our learning into a single place.

That's why we are pleased to announce our NFV and SDN for Dummies page. Now, we don't actually think of you guys as "dummies," but we do recognize that our readers come from varying backgrounds of understanding when it comes to SDN and NFV. As the adoption of SDN and NFV continues to grow, there is a real need for everyone to know what's going on -- from the latest advances to upcoming announcements, and even the most basic resources, we all need one place that lends better insight to these relatively new technologies.

Maybe you have been working in the virtualization space for decades, or maybe you're just now learning about the benefits of SDN and NFV, or maybe you're somewhere in between. Either way, our new NFV and SDN for Dummies page offers resources, videos, and articles that provide helpful insight no matter your level of SDx knowledge.

Think of the NFV and SDN for Dummies page as the gateway to the rest of the SDxCentral site. Although it exists to help educate our readers further on all things SDx, SDN, NFV and network virtualization, it also provides a navigable way to experience our site and all of the valuable assets we have. The NFV and SDN for Dummies page will be updated regularly to ensure you are getting the latest news and resources to enhance your SDx prowess.
