SDxCentral Quick Hit: Intel's Mobileye Proposes Initial Public OfferingIntel announced that its subsidiary, Mobileye, filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) relating to a proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock. "The timing, number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined," the announcement said.
Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are acting as joint lead book-running managers for the proposed offering, which will be made only by means of a prospectus -- a document required by and filed with the SEC that provides details about an investment offering for sale to the public.
A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the SEC but has not yet become effective. If approved, Mobileye intends to list its Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “MBLY.”
