With more than 25 years of experience spanning network operations, pre-sales engineering, and technical marketing, Steve brings a practitioner’s perspective to some of the most challenging infrastructure environments in the world.

Before joining Forward, Steve held senior technical leadership roles at F5 Networks, Avi Networks, and VMware, where he led worldwide systems engineering teams focused on application delivery, security, and cloud infrastructure. That career arc gives him rare fluency in both the business problems network teams face and the technical depth required to solve them.

At Forward, Steve works directly with customers to put a mathematically accurate network digital twin to work, replacing guesswork with verified network behavior and accelerating the path to autonomous networking.
