Billy O’Connor

Billy O’Connor has over 20 years of experience in the telecom industry working in both operator and supplier organizations within the EU and North America. Billy joined Samsung Networks in 2013 as a Networks Solution manager based in Dublin, Ireland and now serves as the Head of Solutions for Samsung Networks Europe. He is responsible for collaborating with senior customer technology teams across the EU market to bring virtualized RAN and Open RAN solutions to fruition.
