Telkom Indonesia is partnering with Conversant Solutions to provide Content Delivery Network (CDN) as-a-service solutions in the Southeast Asian nation.
The CDNaaS offering will be targeted at enterprise and wholesale segment customers in need of high network quality to improve user experience, with augmented and secure distribution of digital content, including video, OTT applications, and web services.
Telkom Indonesia said the service will leverage its national backbone and eight domestic Points of Presence (PoPs) together with the CDN footprint of Singapore-headquartered Conversant Solutions.
The service comes billed as an integrated solution, including CDN acceleration, storage, and security.
Telkom Indonesia network director Nanang Hendarno commented in translation: “CDN services require a strong and widespread network infrastructure.
“With this collaboration, Telkom will optimize our national network to support faster, more stable, and safer delivery of digital content to all corners of Indonesia.”
Conversant Solutions CEO Cheong Fun Hua added: “We are very excited to collaborate with Telkom. Together, we will provide digital content distribution services that support the growth of the national digital economy.”
