Bango has announced its collaboration with Telenet to support the launch of a new entertainment marketplace for its customers. The technology provided by Bango includes the Digital Vending Machine, allowing users across TV, broadband, and mobile channels to manage their entertainment subscriptions more easily. This marketplace is accessible through Telenet TV, the My Telenet website, and retail stores.
Telenet, which has a customer base nearing 2 million, expanded its Super Bundling service, originally available only to Telenet TV customers, to now include all broadband and mobile customers through the My Telenet platform.
“Our goal is to provide customers with the most seamless and engaging entertainment subscription experiences,” said Ivor Micallef, Director Product Entertainment at Telenet group. “In a highly competitive industry, the Bango DVM sets us apart, allowing us to deliver a sophisticated variety of bundled entertainment subscription offers.”
The partnership facilitates a simplified subscription bundling process, enabling Telenet to quickly expands its offerings. The Bango DVM also provides valuable consumer insights that enable Telenet to customize subscription options based on user preferences.
