Capgemini announces the closing of the acquisition of Syniti

Capgemini has completed its acquisition of Syniti, enhancing its data-driven transformation capabilities primarily in North America. The deal follows the fulfillment of all regulatory requirements.

Syniti is recognized for its enterprise data management software and services, specializing in data quality, migration, and governance initiatives for major corporations. The global team of over 1,200 experts will support Capgemini’s large-scale SAP transformations, including transitions to SAP S/4HANA.
