Integration of Cohesity-protected data into Glean’s Work Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform empowers customers by expanding access to enterprise knowledge.

Cohesity announced a partnership with Glean to integrate Cohesity-protected workloads as a data source within the Glean platform. This collaboration allows users to leverage high-quality backup data, enhancing enterprise knowledge and AI-driven insights.

“Organizations struggle to manage and extract value from vast, diverse, and distributed data sources. Cohesity is breaking down the silos,” said Dr. Craig Martell, chief AI officer at Cohesity. He noted that the partnership broadens the utility of their platform by integrating with widely used AI tools like Glean's Work AI. Cohesity supports numerous enterprises who utilize Glean extensively. “By joining forces, we can deliver value to our mutual customers,” he added.

The collaboration is expected to provide multiple advantages, including:

• File recovery and download simplification, enabling users to retrieve current and historical backups directly from the Cohesity platform.
• Granular access controls to maintain security and compliance for sensitive data.
