Accelsius has launched NeuGuard, a support program aimed at enhancing cooling reliability for data centers utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced computing systems. This initiative seeks to maximize uptime and protect significant investments made in complex computing infrastructure.

NeuGuard is founded on the NeuCool system, which employs two-phase, direct-to-chip liquid cooling technology. It offers warranties and additional coverage for internal server damage, with support provided by CNA, a commercial insurance provider. This coverage extends to $100,000 per rack for damages caused by cooling system leaks.

“Data center operators have invested tens of millions of dollars in their server racks, and the need for reliable cooling solutions has never been greater,” said Josh Claman, Accelsius’ CEO. The program aims to address these concerns by minimizing the risk of costly outages, which can severely affect operations. According to a Uptime Institute survey, over half of data center operators reported that outages resulted in losses exceeding $100,000.

NeuGuard is built with industrial-grade components designed for robustness, featuring multiple redundancies that allow for continuous operation even during maintenance. The program also leverages a network of Authorized Service Partners to provide comprehensive lifecycle support tailored to the specific needs of data center operators.

Accelsius is also introducing server-level warranties for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), enhancing the existing NeuGuard program. This comprehensive support package aims to provide a resilient foundation for operators throughout the deployment and operational phases of their data center infrastructure.
