International Telecommunications Union (ITU) – is the United Nations agency responsible for Information and communications technology (ICT), with a mission to connect all the world’s people. It is a public-private partnership, with membership from 193 countries and over 700 private-sector entities and academic institutions. It’s headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland.
