Submit an Analysis Post
Are you interested in writing an analysis article for SDxCentral’s 200K+ member strong community? We welcome submissions of relevant content.
To be considered, please complete the following steps:
1) Review SDxCentral analyst contributor guidelines (below)
2) Register or sign into SDxCentral
4) Once we receive your request, we’ll send you an email to coordinate the rest.
Pleas note that submitting a post does not guarantee publication. We reserve the right to publish the content we feel is the most suited to the readers of SDxCentral. In order to increase the chances of being published we suggest you adhere to the guidelines.
Length: Pieces typically run about 800 to 1,000 words and should not exceed 1,200 words.
Artwork: We will accept one graphic or diagram. Please don’t send multiple graphics, it makes the articles cumbersome to format and to read.
Topic: We are looking for insight into trends or takeaways from research you may have conducted. We also like contrary views or thoughts on recent news announcements, acquisitions, etc.
Timing: We will try to post your column as quickly as possible after receiving it. However, if something you have written is particularly timely, please let us know.
Link to your sources. If you quote someone or cite a statistic that is not from your own research, please link to your source. This will help readers learn more about a topic.
Disclose any financial relationships. Please acknowledge financial relationships – if any exist – with the companies or individuals you write about or link to.
Pay to play is not allowed. You cannot receive money from a business or person in exchange for writing about them. It is also against our policy for analysts and contributors to sell links in their articles to people or companies. Analysts found to be violating these policies will be barred from publishing on our site.
Columns should not be written purely as promotions for reports. Analysts may provide highlights and observations found in the course of their research, but the article should not be written in a “teaser” fashion. In other words, the article needs to add value in and of itself and cannot merely summarize the findings.
