In this presentation, Cisco and Glue Networks demonstrate Cisco onePK's architecture and deployment models as Glue Networks uses it to automate a process that is usually manual and often inaccurate. Glue Networks shows how they are using onePK for location-based discovery and security policy management for faster identification and response to tampering, and a streamlined process that dramatically reduces human error.
Cisco onePK Demo and Glue Networks:
As part of the Cisco ONE SDN strategy, onePK, or “one Platform Kit,” is a set of APIs that allows programmers to make direct function calls within their applications. The platform gives developers granular, programmatic access to the infrastructure, resulting in rich interactions with the network. Glue Networks applies the Cisco onePK demo to the field of intelligent cloud-based network automation. It works in conjunction with its Gluware technology, which extends corporate networks to remote branch offices to deliver high-security, high-bandwidth, and real-time applications.
Watch Kumar Reddy, Director, Technical Marketing at Cisco and Hector Salas, Solutions Architect at Glue Networks as they dive into the Cisco onePK demo and share its capabilities in action. The demo will show:
- onePK’s architecture and deployment models
- How Glue Networks is using onePK for location-based discovery and security policy management. The result: faster identification of (and response to) tampering, and a streamlined process that dramatically reduces human error
