Veryx SAMTEST supports various aspects of NFV performance management for service assurance– from NFV architecture benchmarking in lab, pre-deployment verification in the field, NFV based service activation, monitoring, on-demand measurements and troubleshooting. SAMTEST provides active monitoring capabilities for L2 and L3 with support for virtual probes, initiators and reflectors. It supports the ETSI MANO and MEF LSO architecture.
SAMTEST provides the flexibility of using Veryx probes, initiators, reflectors and taps aligned with ETSI MANO architecture for service assurance. Being software based virtual elements, they are easily spun on various measurement nodes – either distributed (at customer premise) or centralized (at the aggregation node).
