Centralized Policy and Routing Server Software Edition (PSX SWe)
Sonus’ PSX SWe is a virtual, cloud native solution that provides the same features, exceptional scalability and centralized policy/traffic control as the hardware-based PSX for both SIP and legacy network elements, fitting seamlessly into any service provider’s or enterprise’s Network Function Virtualization (NFV) strategy. The PSX SWe is the industry’s most feature-rich policy and routing control solution, integrating with session border control (SBC), media gateway (MG), and softswitch solutions from Sonus and 3rd parties.
The PSX SWe provides 20+ routing options, centralized policy control, integrated number portability and number translation services, centralized dial plan management, and compliance with regulatory services. The PSX SWe can also be deployed as part of a virtual, multi-vendor IMS infrastructure providing the Breakout Gateway Control Function (BGCF).
