Unlike traditional NPBs, Big Mon operates as a highly-scalable fabric, leveraging whitebox switches and SDN controls. This approach enables scale-out deployments, simplifies operations and reduces TCO. Big Mon ensures optimal performance of tools by sending only traffic of interest to each tool, which enables them to be leveraged over a larger number of network segments.
