ATHENE is a network function virtualization (NFV) platform which can apply to various types of industries and networks. With this platform, the network operator and administrator can set up the network functions wherever they want. When the network traffic increases in sudden or any kinds of network threat happens, this platform makes you take appropriate actions in a minute. The best feature of ATHENE is making service chaining. In ATHENE UI, Administrator can build any service chaining between VNFs linked to a platform. Those VNF modules can be dragged and dropped in UI. ATHENE also supports an inline form of VNF and tapping. This capability is possible because of the SDN technology and is the main feature of ATHENE solution. Currently, ATHENE has many other vendor’s VNF solutions and we will continually add more solutions.
