The Gold Medal places ZTE in the top 2% of the Manufacture of Communication Equipment industry, reflecting exceptional performance in sustainability standards. The assessment by EcoVadis categorized ZTE in the top 7% for environmental efforts, top 3% for labor and human rights, and top 3% for sustainable procurement practices.

As part of its ongoing sustainability initiatives, ZTE has released a sustainability report for 16 consecutive years and is a member of the United Nations Global Compact. The company has achieved dual target approvals from the Science Based Targets Initiative and is listed on the FTSE4Good Index Series for the ninth year in a row.

Moreover, ZTE's recent recognition includes two awards at the 6th BDO ESG Awards 2024, underscoring its dedication to environmental and corporate responsibility. To commemorate this achievement, EcoVadis will plant a tree on behalf of ZTE in partnership with One Tree Planted.
