Built for teams using Snowflake, Google BigQuery and Databricks, Analyst Studio unlocks and unifies data, accelerating speed to insight while lowering costs.
ThoughtSpot has introduced Analyst Studio, a versatile tool designed to enhance productivity for data teams and streamline the AI preparation process. This new offering aims to unify data management and facilitate faster, more strategic decision-making within organizations.
Analyst Studio addresses significant challenges faced by data analysts, including delays in delivering actionable insights, data silos, and high costs associated with using multiple analytics tools. By integrating advanced features, it transforms data analysts into key players driving business success.
“Self-service analytics has always been a pipe dream. Analyst Studio has finally made it a reality,” said Kishore Narahari, Engineering Manager at Lyft.
The platform emphasizes a complete analytics workflow that allows data teams to connect and manage data from various sources effectively. Key features include a built-in SQL IDE with AI assistance to streamline SQL writing, integrated analytical tools for comprehensive analysis, and flexibility to use preferred programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R.
“With the introduction of Analyst Studio, ThoughtSpot is delivering a complete end-to-end analytics workflow solution within the ThoughtSpot platform. Analyst Studio empowers analysts to prepare and explore data independently, while data scientists can develop and distribute models within the organization,” stated Mike Leone, Practice Director and Principal Analyst at Enterprise Strategy Group.
Ketan Karkhanis, CEO at ThoughtSpot, expressed enthusiasm for the launch, emphasizing that Analyst Studio is designed to help businesses harness the full potential of their data for intelligent action. “Analyst Studio empowers modern data teams to turbocharge data readiness with enhanced workflows and dramatically improve performance,” he added.
Analyst Studio is now available as an add-on option for ThoughtSpot Analytics and ThoughtSpot Embedded customers, aimed at enhancing the tools available to data teams and fostering a culture of self-service analytics.
