Tech Mahindra has unveiled a Multi-Modal Network Operations Large Language Model specifically designed for telecommunications. Developed through collaboration with NVIDIA and AWS, the model aims to enhance operational efficiency and support the transition of telecom networks into autonomous systems, utilizing advanced AI capabilities. It is tailored for telecom networks by training on extensive datasets, thus allowing for proactive issue resolution and improved service quality.

The model is intended to facilitate the shift from traditional operations to fully autonomous network management, aligning with current demands for operational efficiency. Tech Mahindra, through its partnership with NVIDIA and AWS, is integrating AI capabilities holistically into network operations. This initiative also incorporates Tech Mahindra’s network automation platform, NetOps.ai, to further streamline network management and enhance performance.

In the preliminary stages of deployment, key features will include the Dynamic Network Insights Studio, which offers comprehensive AI-driven network observability, and the Proactive Network Anomaly Resolution Hub, designed for autonomous detection and resolution of network issues.
