ServiceNow is set to launch its platform on Google Cloud Marketplace, with select offerings also available on Google Distributed Cloud, in response to increasing demand from both private and public sectors.
The integration will combine ServiceNow's Workflow Data Fabric and its workflows across enterprises with Google Cloud’s AI infrastructure and productivity tools.
In a joint announcement, the two companies highlighted their expanded partnership aimed at leveraging generative AI to enhance enterprise technology. ServiceNow's Now Platform and a comprehensive suite of workflows will be accessible to customers via Google Cloud Marketplace, including solutions for Customer Relationship Management (CRM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Security Incident Response (SIR), as well as on Google’s Distributed Cloud.
Bill McDermott, Chairman and CEO of ServiceNow, stated, “Agentic AI is a revolution! Bringing together the incredible strengths of two of the world's leading innovators will redefine enterprise technology. We're putting AI to work to eliminate boundaries in any industry, anywhere in the world.”
Google Cloud CEO Thomas Kurian added, “Businesses are seeking new ways to innovate with generative AI, optimize important workflows, and improve everyday experiences for customers.” He noted that this partnership equips customers with the data foundation and leading models essential for building AI applications on Google Cloud’s infrastructure.
Deutsche Bank’s Tony Kerrison emphasized the partnership's potential to enhance innovation and efficiency, indicating that running ServiceNow's operations platform on Google Cloud could significantly impact their AI transformation journey.
ServiceNow's move to integrate its platform with Google Cloud aims at simplifying the combination of its services with Google's AI and data analytics technologies, enhancing decision-making with real-time data access. This is particularly beneficial for managing customer service inquiries and optimizing operations through AI-driven insights.
Notable innovations include enhanced customer interactions through integrated CRM and Google AI capabilities and improved accessibility of ServiceNow data in Google Workspace, designed to streamline workflows and improve collaboration.
The launch on Google Cloud Marketplace is projected for Q2 and Q3 of this year, with specific integrations and modules expected to roll out throughout the same timeframe.
