ServiceNow has announced the launch of AI agents specifically designed for the telecom industry, utilizing NVIDIA technology. These agents are intended to automate workflows in customer service and network operations, aiming to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction while addressing specific challenges faced by communication service providers.
The AI agents will leverage ServiceNow's platform along with NVIDIA solutions to provide a comprehensive AI-driven experience. According to Rohit Batra, general manager at ServiceNow, this development emphasizes their ongoing commitment to delivering solutions that tackle significant business challenges. He stated, “The launch of new AI agents demonstrates our continued commitment to building solutions that help solve the biggest challenges facing business leaders.”
These AI agents are expected to offer capabilities such as service testing and repair, network incident analysis, and billing resolution, enhancing productivity across the entire service lifecycle for communications service providers. Chris Penrose from NVIDIA expressed that these AI innovations could help telecom companies optimize operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
The AI agents will be available starting March 12, coinciding with the rollout of ServiceNow's Yokohama release.
