ServiceNow has expanded its partnership with NVIDIA to enhance agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities. The collaboration is focused on optimizing AI agent deployment with new evaluation tools and integration of NVIDIA Llama Nemotron models across various industries, aiming to ensure reliability and improve business efficiency. The initial set of these evaluation tools is projected to be available by May 2025.

These enhancements build on ServiceNow's recently launched AI Agent Orchestrator, which coordinates AI agents across tasks and departments. The new evaluation tools will help fine-tune AI agents for improved performance before deployment, enabling better decision-making in complex business workflows.

Jon Sigler, EVP of Platform and AI at ServiceNow, emphasized the importance of confidence in AI agent performance for driving business value. He stated, “Our work with NVIDIA equips enterprises with the tools to evaluate AI agent performance early, as well as enhance AI agent intelligence and adaptability.”

Kari Briski, Vice President of Generative AI Software for Enterprise at NVIDIA, noted that reasoning abilities in AI agents represent a leap forward in enterprise intelligence. The integration is designed to enhance adaptability and problem-solving capabilities, potentially increasing business success.

ServiceNow’s new AI agent evaluation tools, created in collaboration with NVIDIA, will allow enterprises to set benchmarks for performance metrics such as accuracy and decision-making transparency. The built-in governance tools are aimed at ensuring ethical and compliant management of AI agents within complex digital environments.

Today’s announcement signifies an ongoing partnership between ServiceNow and NVIDIA, which have previously collaborated to develop native AI agents that integrate with NVIDIA’s AI infrastructure and platforms. This continued collaboration serves to enhance enterprise operations and drive transformation in business processes.
