Red Hat has announced updates to its Artificial Intelligence (AI) portfolio, enhancing Red Hat OpenShift AI and Red Hat Enterprise Linux AI. These improvements are designed to optimize AI model deployment and performance across hybrid cloud environments, addressing cost-reduction and data integration challenges faced by enterprises.

Red Hat AI delivers an enterprise platform that supports model training and inference, simplifying deployment across hybrid cloud settings. The latest OpenShift AI release introduces distributed serving capabilities to enhance efficiency and speed, alongside an end-to-end model tuning experience aimed at improving scalability and manageability.

RHEL AI serves as a foundation model platform that supports the development and deployment of large language model (LLM), contributing to streamlined operations for enterprise applications. Key improvements include multilingual support and a new graphical user interface designed to facilitate model contributions and data ingestion.

Additionally, Red Hat AI InstructLab, now available on IBM Cloud, is aimed at enhancing the security and efficiency of AI solutions for enterprises. Red Hat has also launched free AI Foundations training to assist all levels of users in maximizing their AI capabilities.

The new versions of Red Hat OpenShift AI and Red Hat Enterprise Linux AI are now generally available.
