NTT DATA has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Niveus Solutions, a cloud engineering company focusing on Google Cloud Platform services. This acquisition is designed to bolster NTT DATA's position as a leading global system integrator for Google Cloud.

The deal will expand NTT DATA’s cloud capabilities, addressing growing global demand for transformative cloud solutions across various industries, while integrating Niveus Solutions' team of 1,000 GCP professionals into its Google Cloud Business Unit.

Niveus Solutions is recognized for its expertise in GCP native modernization, data engineering, and AI across sectors such as financial services, manufacturing, and retail. This acquisition will enable NTT DATA to deliver more specialized industry cloud platform solutions and tackle complex client challenges efficiently.

Niveus Solutions has received accolades such as the 2024 Google Cloud “Breakthrough Partner of the Year – Asia Pacific,” contributing to NTT DATA’s leadership in the global market.
