Keysight Technologies, Inc. has entered into a virtual power purchase agreement (VPPA) with Southern Power to acquire renewable energy credits from a 39 MW segment of the Millers Branch Solar Facility's Phase III expansion. This VPPA marks a significant commitment for Keysight to support renewable energy development and aligns with its larger sustainability goals.

The project, located in Haskell County, Texas, is set to reach commercial operation in the first quarter of Keysight’s fiscal year 2027. The renewable energy produced through this agreement is expected to match 100% of Keysight's electricity consumption in the U.S. and Canada, propelling the company toward its target of achieving net zero greenhouse gas emissions by fiscal year 2040.

Ingrid Estrada, Chief People and Administrative Officer at Keysight, expressed pride in the agreement, stating: “By signing our first VPPA, Keysight is taking a huge step in our sustainability journey, and we look forward to making continued progress in this space.”
