GCX partnered with Cato Networks to offer a managed secure access service edge (SASE) service.
The pair plan to introduce a platform aimed at simplifying networking and security operations. The joint managed SASE offering will leverage GCX’s network underlay with Cato’s SASE Cloud platform, enabling enterprises to manage all networking and security policies from a single console.
“By combining GCX’s global managed services expertise with the Cato SASE Cloud platform, we’re enabling enterprises to simplify operations, strengthen resilience, and securely adopt AI,” Mark Draper, VP of channel sales for EMEA at Cato Networks, noted.
The pair touted the joint offering for use in industries “where performance, availability, and scalable security are essential for growth,” listing manufacturing, hospitality, and finance, among others.
“We're collaborating with Cato Networks to deliver a clear, customer-first approach to managed SASE – an edge in a rapidly growing market,” Lorenzo Romano, CEO of GCX Managed Services, said. “Cato’s SASE architecture aligns with our vision for security-focused MSP solutions, helping global enterprises navigate complexity with confidence.”
The team-up comes after GCX brought in Cato’s former VP for EMEA to lead its channel and global alliance efforts. Luca Simonelli joined in late July to spearhead both its global partner ecosystem expansion, as well as its operations in Italy, overseeing commercial activities and local teams.
