F5 has launched the F5 Application Delivery and Security Platform, integrating high-performance load balancing and advanced app and API security into a single framework. This platform is designed to simplify management while improving security across hybrid multicloud environments, addressing complexity that comes with AI applications.

François Locoh-Donou, President and CEO of F5, emphasized that the platform tackles challenges posed by AI, helping organizations streamline management and enhance security. According to F5’s upcoming report, 96% of organizations are using AI models, predicting that 80% of applications will be AI-enabled within three years.

The platform's capabilities include unified management across diverse environments, real-time analytics for performance improvement, and fully programmable data planes that support automated deployments. This addresses the growing need for effective handling of vast data from AI applications.

Key additional solutions from F5 include the F5 AI Gateway, which facilitates enterprise AI adoption by optimizing app interactions, and AI assistants for F5 NGINX and BIG-IP, aimed at streamlining operational processes and enhancing configuration efficiency.

The new F5 VELOS CX1610 chassis and BX520 blade are also introduced, offering solutions to optimize performance for data-intensive workloads, suitable for organizations navigating the increasing demands of AI and other modern applications.
