Collaboration enables customers to easily switch to Delinea’s advanced CIEM solution, safeguarding human and machine identities in public, multicloud environments.
Delinea has entered a partnership with Microsoft to assist customers transitioning from Microsoft Entra Permissions Management, set to be retired on October 1, 2025. Delinea’s Privilege Control for Cloud Entitlements (PCCE) solution will provide an alternative for enterprises to protect and manage their identities across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform environments.
The partnership emphasizes a commitment from both firms to provide robust identity management solutions across multicloud environments. Dedicated teams will help facilitate a smooth transition for existing Microsoft Entra Permissions Management customers, ensuring they can leverage full capabilities of the PCCE solution.
“The introduction of AI has led to an explosion of human and machine identities at a time when public cloud environments are growing increasingly complex,” said Art Gilliland, CEO at Delinea. “Microsoft and Delinea share a trusted relationship focused on protecting customers and securing their identities.”
Delinea’s PCCE solution is designed for enterprises to maintain control over their multicloud settings, allowing for the identification of any irregular behavior and revision of user privileges. It enhances the identification and management of overprivileged identities through continuous monitoring and analytics.
Joseph Dadzie, VP Product Management at Microsoft, stated, “Delinea’s PCCE solution offers a scalable approach to identity security for public, multi-cloud environments, representing an effective successor for customers of Microsoft Entra Permissions Management.”
