SDxCentral Quick Hit: Nutanix Incentivizes Partner EngagementCloud software provider Nutanix changed the focus of its Elevate partner program to encourage technology suppliers to engage with customers throughout the entire lifecycle of the customer-vendor relationship.
"With our updates to the Elevate program, we’ve addressed many of our partners’ needs to engage with customers through their lifecycle - not just selling the technology, but enabling them to adopt, perform, expand and ultimately renew," Christian Alvarez, SVP of worldwide channel sales at Nutanix, said.
The networking vendor's extended program incentives include not only partner organizations, but individual sellers and systems engineers, which should "ignite new customer acquisition growth."
The shift in focus also resulted in a new pilot program meant to reward certain partners for delivery of consistent and timely renewal rates with Nutanix customers. The vendor also launched a Channel Led Selling Rebate Inventive to reward resellers that drive deals "through the entire sales cycle autonomously."
