Contrast Security has introduced a channel-first strategy designed to accelerate global adoption of its application security solutions. This initiative significantly expands the company’s partner program, increasing joint go-to-market investments, allowing a wider network of solution providers to offer its security products to enterprises.
The shift follows new collaborations with industry players Splunk and Wiz, aligning with Contrast’s mission to secure applications and APIs from end-to-end attacks using its Application Security Testing (AST) and Application Detection and Response (ADR) solutions.
“Organizations are frustrated with legacy AppSec approaches that create bottlenecks and fail to stop real threats,” said Scott O’Rourke, Chief Revenue Officer at Contrast Security. “By going channel-first, we’re amplifying our ability to deliver real-time attack prevention and vulnerability monitoring to more enterprises—through the trusted advisors they already rely on.”
Responses from worldwide Contrast Channel Partners reflect enthusiasm. GuidePoint Security stated, “Contrast’s move to a channel-first organization is an exciting evolution. We look forward to strengthening our strategic partnership.” e92plus welcomed the change, noting it will benefit the ecosystem. OneT Solutions added, “We appreciate Contrast Security's commitment to building a strong partnership to deliver the best application security solutions in Southeast Asia.”
The Contrast Partner-First Program includes several offerings: advanced training and certification for partners, an enhanced partner portal for streamlined access to resources, co-marketing growth programs, increased profitability through incentives and revenue-sharing, and a focus on compensation neutrality to foster robust relationships with channel partners.
