Carahsoft’s CarahCloud-Marketplace Program Simplifies Procurement Process for Twilio’s Offerings

Carahsoft Technology Corp. announced that Twilio’s customer engagement platform has been added to Carahsoft’s CarahCloud Marketplace program, which aims to assist U.S. sector customers in adopting cloud solutions. This announcement includes both Twilio's Communications products and Segment cloud data platform (CDP) made available through Carahsoft via the AWS Marketplace. The AWS Marketplace is a digital catalog designed to help users find, test, purchase, and deploy software that operates on Amazon Web Services (AWS), offering benefits such as simplified procurement and flexible pricing options.

Carahsoft’s CarahCloud-Marketplace program provides features such as flexible pricing terms and simplified billing, making software procurement easier for users. This initiative benefits from Carahsoft’s network of reseller partners and service providers to ensure customers access favorable procurement options.

Twilio and Carahsoft have collaborated for over four years to deliver customer engagement solutions. These include:

  • Twilio Flex: A center for digital engagement offering various communication controls and real-time data analytics.
  • Twilio Messaging: A platform for SMS, MMS, and WhatsApp, providing tools for integration and message management.
  • Twilio Voice: An API and software platform for voice integration and management, utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) for improvements in performance.
