C3ntro Telecom has partnered with Infinera to enhance its data center network capabilities in Mexico with the deployment of Infinera’s GX Series-based ICE6 800G solution. This upgrade features a long-haul network connecting Mexico City and Queretaro, resulting in an impressive capacity of 1.6 Tb/s with optical redundant transmission.
As a licensed operator, C3ntro Telecom maintains a robust fiber network spanning 3,000 km across major Mexican cities. The deployment involves enhancements with 100G and 400G wavelengths, designed to facilitate high-bandwidth applications and meet the growing demand for data services.
