We create software-intensive operating systems to support seamless service delivery. We do this for telcos, cities and any organisation requiring the integration of people, processes and technology together into one cohesive operational system. We ensure that what needs to happen, happens, exactly as expected.
Traditionally, an operating system is considered to be a piece of software that manages computer hardware and software resources. At Mobinomics we believe that operating systems exist beyond computers and mobile phones. We see operating systems more broadly as a bridge between the physical and digital domains – seamlessly integrating the two into a cohesive whole.
Our professional services practice provides a niche focus on OSS transformation from complex legacy system landscapes to next generation system landscapes which enable seamless service delivery.
Mobinomics provides Telkom, a South African converged network operator, with professional services for a software suite in their OSS layer. The initial project, which began in 2006, was a consulting engagement for the design recovery of their mission critical proprietary OSS software suite. After this Mobinomics was appointed as a professional services provider to work with Telkom in a collaborative way performing embedded consulting to fulfill projects, change requests and maintenance on the software suite. We are also involved in projects associated the with transformation to next generation system landscapes.Independent Software Vendor (ISV)
