Mediaan is an independent ICT company, established in 1969, who have been actively involved in ICT since 1984. We build information systems, deliver consultancy and manage large projects for our customers. By making the customer more distinctive, they are able to realize performance breakthroughs. We work for international customers from our offices in Heerlen, Düsseldorf and Brussels.
It is Mediaan’s mission to support customers in managing major OSS/BSS and business transition programmes from the definition phase until full implementation, including vendor selection and sourcing strategy. Mediaan is a member of TMForum since years and participates actively in development of industry best practices such as the TM Forum Frameworx especially in the space of Telco 2.0 business models and the enablement of value creation ecosystems.Mediaan entered the telecom market more than 20 years ago. Since then, Mediaan orchestrated over 35 transformation programmes with a total value of 2.2 billion Euro triggered by various business drivers. In addition to Programme Management, Mediaan is specialized in Sourcing Management, Enterprise/Business Architecture, IT Transparency and Benchmarking and Business Transformation.Mediaan is located in The Netherlands (Heerlen) and Germany (Dusseldorf).
Innovations are often related to complex change processes and large ICT projects. Mediaan assists their clients to adapt to these changes. We manage and support these projects and dispatch expertise, ranging
from architect to technical consultants. Former projects include the restructuring of the Dutch ‘Legal Aid Board’ and the development of new mobile services.
