We welcome all of you to the first OpenContrail meetup in 2015. This meetup is jointly led by OpenContrail & Mirantis.
We will give a brief overview of OpenContrail along with Mirantis OpenStack and Kubernetes.
There will be free pizza and drinks sponsored by Juniper Networks.
• 6:00-6:30pm: Keynote by Scott Sneddon, Sr. Director, SDN, Juniper Networks.
Bio: Scott spends most of his time evangelizing the benefits of Network Virtualization and Software Defined Networking. Previous experience includes Principle Solutions Architect at Nuage Networks, Chief Solutions Architect at Vyatta Inc, an innovator in Network Virtualization; His background is in architecting carrier scale Cloud environments and service provider MPLS networks. He was talking about network virtualization before network virtualization was cool!
• 6:30-6:50pm: Demo#1 – Setting up your Cloud with Mirantis Fuel and Juniper Contrail.
• 6:50-7:15pm: Demo#2 – Installing Kubernetes from Mirantis OpenStack Murano and Juniper Contrail.

• 7:30-7:40pm: OpenContrail Project: Community Update.
