We have been busy over the past several months here at SDxCentral getting ingrained with our new partners at InfraXMedia and DCD, and, hopefully, you have all found our new website design and content easier to consume and more insightful than ever.

I know change, even small, can take some adjustment, but we promise we are making changes with our readers top of mind.

With that, I am very excited that we have added a pair of new names to the SDxCentral editorial staff, bolstering our efforts to bring you the best coverage from across the software-defined everything (SDx!) ecosystems.

I am super excited about this newly enhanced editorial team – Dan Meyer

I am first pleased to welcome Ben Wodecki to SDxCentral. Ben is a seasoned tech journalist, having previously written for AI Business, Capacity Media, and IPPro Magazine; is a regular panel moderator at industry events; and brings great insight and enthusiasm to our SDxCentral coverage.

Next, please welcome Giacomo Lee to the SDxCentral team. Giacomo also brings an extensive background in technology and business reporting, including work at Verdict, New Statesman Media Group, Future, and IDG, appearances on the BBC, and most recently as editor-in-chief at ERP Today.

Fair warning: Ben and Giacomo both have experience behind the microphone and in front of the camera, which, when backed by the DCD Broadcast team and resources, will pave the way for SDxCentral to strongly drive into the multimedia world. So be prepared to be delighted by Ben and Giacomo’s voice and on-camera charisma that will be more than enough to offset whatever is detracted from my own such involvement in those offerings.

But seriously, I am super excited about this newly enhanced editorial team and can’t wait to see how much better the SDxCentral you have come to know and enjoy is going to be with Ben and Giacomo’s excellent reporting.

We will also continue to tap into our DCD sister publication for content that we feel will be useful and beneficial to our SDxCentral readers. The staff over there is extremely gifted and are providing great insight around their core coverage areas like data center, cloud, telecom, and compute.

We are truly excited to add such immense talent to our editorial staff, and I believe the newly assembled team is a match for any out there covering this space. We can’t wait for you to read the great stories and consume the broadcast content coming from our crew.

As always, feel free to send along any questions or comments to me personally at [email protected].
