Peter is the cofounder and CTO of Colovore, Silicon Valley's only purpose built high power density colocation datacenter. He has designed, built and maintained key core web infrastructure for several of Silicon Valley’s internet titans. Prior to Colovore he worked at Google where he helped manage global data center demand and capacity planning; the Google Fiber FTTH program and its initial data center infrastructure rollout; and YouTube’s CDN server deployment and maintenance. As an Operations Director at eBay, he helped build Shopping.com’s search engine grid infrastructure. At Netflix his network team launched Netflix’s streaming Internet Video technology. In his earlier days, Peter was a Director of Network Operations at Navisite. Peter is an accomplished I.T. author having written the “Linux Quick Fix Notebook” (Prentice Hall). He participated in the definition of the 100 Gbps Ethernet standard and speaks at conferences covering core Internet infrastructure.
