ERI contributed its expertise to the recently published Circular Electronics Design Guide, which aims to enhance circular innovation within the electronics sector.
Developed by the Circular Electronics Partnership, this guide provides strategic insights for implementing actionable strategies in repair, refurbishment, and recycling. It features input from over 60 experts and 25 organizations, including ERI’s Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) David Hirschler and Vice President of Operational Strategy Anthony Borges.
The guide serves as a resource for practitioners to scale circular initiatives and facilitate the transition to a circular economy, including tools for implementing innovative processes and enabling conditions for success. It also presents case studies that illustrate how industry leaders are addressing these challenges.
John Shegerian, ERI’s Chairman and CEO, stated, “This guide is one of the most comprehensive resources on circular design developed by practitioners for practitioners. It is the result of an extensive cross-company effort, and we are proud to have been asked to play a role.”
