Cybereason announced a $120 million investment led by SoftBank Corp., SoftBank Vision Fund 2, and Liberty Strategic Capital to enhance its global growth. This funding aims to support the company's endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions and consulting services.

In a statement, Manish Narula, the newly appointed CEO, expressed excitement about the backing from key investors, emphasizing the strength of Cybereason’s technology. He noted that the investment would allow the team to expand in critical markets.

The funding round will also provide current investors an opportunity to contribute further. Cybereason's enhanced partnership with Trustwave will focus on advancing its core services in managed security, shifting away from previous merger plans.

As Cybereason embarks on this new chapter with Narula at the helm, it reaffirms its commitment to address evolving cybersecurity needs.
