Ceragon has completed the acquisition of End 2 End Technologies, a U.S.-based systems integration and software development firm focused on private networks, especially in the Energy and Utilities sectors.

The acquisition is expected to enhance Ceragon's wireless connectivity solutions, particularly in North America. According to Ceragon CEO Doron Arazi, the integration adds proven system capabilities and a unique network management software platform tailored for private network customers.

End 2 End Technologies provides expertise in radio frequency communications and supports a range of industrial applications. The essential terms of the acquisition have been aligned with previously disclosed expectations.

Roth Capital Partners acted as financial advisors to Ceragon, while Jahani and Associates provided advisory services to End 2 End Technologies.

This acquisition is projected to positively affect Ceragon's non-GAAP earnings by the second half of 2025.
