NFV Report Series Survey is Now Available. Take survey and enter to win one of three $300 Amazon Gift Cards.
Over the last few years, carriers worldwide have started first trialing and then deploying NFV within their production networks. NFV is truly changing the way that digital services are built and launched, enabling network functions to be installed and delivered on standardized commodity hardware platforms. The NFV momentum will continue in 2017 and 2018 and as such, we are again publishing our extremely popular NFV Report series. This year, we are splitting the reporting up into 3 parts: Part 1 covers NFV Infrastructure and VIM (Virtualized Infrastructure Manager), Part 2 covers NFV MANO (Management and Orchestration) and Part 3 covers VNFs (Virtual Network Functions).
To guide our research and garner feedback from readers, we have opened up our 2017 NFV Survey. This is your unique opportunity to tell us what you think and have heard about NFV technology in the marketplace. If you complete our survey, which only takes a few minutes, you can receive an exclusive preview of the results before they are released to the public and the opportunity to enter an online raffle for a chance to win one of three $300 Amazon.com gift cards!
The results of the survey will contribute to the market analysis for all three NFV reports. We’re looking forward to what you will share with us (and the community at large) about impact that NFV is having on the enterprise and service provider markets.
Some of the things we hope to learn from the survey:
- How mature is NFV today?
- OpenStack/KVM – how are they being used and how mature are the technologies?
- Timeframes on large scale NFV production deployments
- The hot NFV use cases today
- Remaining impediments to NFV
- NFV MANO and the state of OSS/BSS integration
Our Industry reports have been gaining huge traction, with over 50,000 aggregate downloads since we started publishing our first report 3+ years ago. The NFV Report Series will be the most definitive report on NFV so far. It will be released in April and May of this year.
So, if you have a few extra minutes, take the survey to get a free preview of the results and a chance to win some Amazon credit.
You must be an SDxCentral member to participate. Registration is free and easy.
We are asking participants to log in because we’ve encountered attempted fraud when publishing surveys in the past. Survey results will not be associated with participants’ login information. We will only use the details of the survey to generate aggregated results.
